Garry Bhaura, vice chair of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and broker of record at Re/Max President Realty, marked his 50th birthday by planting 50 trees at the Claireville Conservation Area in Brampton.
The event, held on September 6 in partnership with the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) and the City of Brampton, aimed to address climate change and promote a more sustainable future.
The newly planted trees will contribute to local biodiversity, create valuable green spaces, and help combat climate change by absorbing carbon and improving air quality.
