Century 21 Assurance Realty has announced the opening of two new offices in the southern Interior region of British Columbia — one in Kamloops and the other in Vernon.
The brokerage, which already has two offices and 100 agents in Kelowna and Castlegar, has been a part of Century 21 Canada since 2004.
Anna Carbone, one of the company’s owners, mentions the growing opportunities in the area as cities outside of the Lower Mainland continue to experience growth. She says, “Communities in the B.C. Interior have seen significant development in recent years, and we are thrilled to provide our local knowledge and support systems to agents and clients in the region.”
Co-owner Max Carbone explains that with low inventory in larger cities, more families are exploring other areas. He expresses gratitude for the agents joining them in Kamloops and Vernon and is confident that their tools and training programs will be valuable to many. “We are ready to hit the ground running,” he adds.

Set up for success in a competitive market

Century 21 executive vice president Todd Shyiak sees great growth potential in the region and states, “Max and Anna have a clear vision for the growth of their operations, and we are excited to support them. Despite the competitive market in the province, their experience and collaborative approach, combined with our innovative tools, will lead to success for C21 Assurance in the near future.”
