Coldwell Banker Canada appoints Hashim Arthur as chief operating officer
Coldwell Banker Canada has named Hashim Arthur as the chief operating officer (COO). With over a decade of leadership and operational expertise, Arthur previously served as vice president of operations at the company.
Arthur has held various leadership roles at Coldwell Banker Canada, including manager of affiliate services, where he led technology implementation, training, and franchise engagement initiatives.
With a background in business management, marketing, and a post-graduate specialization in advertising, Arthur’s experience in telecommunications and real estate brings a unique perspective to customer service, change management, and innovation, according to the company.
As COO, Arthur will be responsible for national operations, systems integration, and working closely with the executive team to support Coldwell Banker’s franchisees and agents nationwide.
Felix Bravo named managing director, international at eXp Realty
Felix Bravo has been promoted to managing director, international of eXp World Holdings, Inc., to drive global expansion efforts.
Bravo has successfully led international launches for eXp, including in Perú and Türkiye, with plans for Egypt and multiple other markets in development towards the company’s 2030 goal of expanding to 50 countries and 50,000 agents globally.
“Felix is establishing a strategy for global growth based on trust, systems, and agent success,” said Glenn Sanford, founder of eXp Realty and CEO of eXp World Holdings.
Bravo’s responsibilities include launching new countries, reinforcing existing ones with local autonomy, and aligning global operations across agent enablement, tech infrastructure, and AI-powered operations.
Sandra Kirkland joins Re/Max Twin City
Sandra Kirkland has recently joined Re/Max Twin City as vice president, starting April 30, in a new role to support the brokerage’s growth.
Since its establishment in Kitchener, Ont., Re/Max Twin City has expanded to include offices in Brantford, Paris, Cambridge, Waterloo, and New Hamburg.
Kirkland comes to Twin City from Re/Max Canada, where she served as executive director of regional development, bringing nearly 20 years of diverse real estate experience and expertise in governance, education, operations, and strategic growth.
Re/Max’s Sean Lowry elevated to corporate ranks
Sean Lowry, a long-time agent with a leading Re/Max brokerage in Waterloo, Ont., has been appointed as director of region development for the eastern region of Re/Max Canada, leveraging his nearly decade-long experience to support entrepreneurial growth nationwide.
“The initial enthusiasm and attraction to the Re/Max brand when I was a new agent has remained with me,” he said.
