Designed to be an additional resource for TRREB members
TRREB states that the AI system will function on multiple platforms, including SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and voice communication, and will support 25 languages.
Described by TRREB as a tool to complement the efforts of its staff, Ardi will handle a wide range of inquiries. TRREB CEO John DiMichele mentioned, “By utilizing Ardi’s AI capabilities, our team will have instant access to crucial information, enhancing response times and ensuring consistent support.”
Rollout plans
The rollout will commence with an internal launch at TRREB for staff to get acquainted with the system and refine its knowledge base. TRREB aims to make Ardi accessible to Members by the summer.
TRREB Associate CEO Kevin Crigger mentioned that incorporating tools like Ardi is part of the Board’s efforts to modernize its services. “This tool will enable our team to spend less time searching for answers and more time focusing on delivering value to our Members,” he stated.
The virtual assistant was developed by VoiceFlip, a company specializing in AI-driven customer service solutions. VoiceFlip states that Ardi is built to manage high call volumes, offer multilingual support, and adapt to new information.
